It's back and revamped just in time for the carnival season! Absolute Fitness is excited for the return of Road Ready, our energetic and transformative outdoor program, geared to get you in your best shape.

Road Ready will take your health and wellness to the next level with a focus on:

• Fat Burning

• Muscle Building

• Body Sculpting

• Targeting core mobility, glutes, thighs and calves

• Increasing stamina, power and max strength

• Improving body control, agility and stability

• Amplifying your self confidence

General Road Ready packages start at $175.00 per month (BBD) with group discounts and premium customizations available. Each package includes weekly Running Club (Tuesdays at 5:45 am), Boot Camp (Thursdays at 5:30 pm) and Beach Training (Saturdays at 7:00 am) group fitness sessions.
